I ordered from sexdollcanada.com and the whole experience was underwhelming. The shipping took longer than I was expecting, and the tracking updates were slow enough that I kept having to check in myself instead of feeling like I was being kept in the loop.
When it arrived, the packaging was okay and nothing was damaged, but the item didn’t really match the photos as well as I’d hoped. Some of the details looked cheaper in person, which was disappointing considering the price.
Customer service did respond eventually, but the replies were short and not all that helpful. It kind of had that “they made it my problem” feeling, like I was the one supposed to figure everything out. Overall, I expected better and I’m not sure I’d order from them again.

I’m giving it 5 stars because the size and weight were basically right on with what the listing said, which is what I was mainly checking for.

I wasn’t totally sure what this would feel like when I ordered it, but after using it, the material is actually really nice. From what I remember with similar items I’ve bought before, this feels softer and smoother, with a better weight to it. It definitely doesn’t have that cheap feel. Overall, I’m happy with the quality.
